Milling head U30 on carriage for heavy machining with motorized vertical axis

USI-TECH milling head on carriage with Z axis motorized by servo motor and driven by P10 ball screw.The spindle motor is available in 22KW and 30KW version.Due to its 12 position gearbox and its mass (2 tons), it will allow you to drive tools requiring torque efforts up to 8000 N / m at 35 rpm for the version with 30kw engine.The hydraulic clamping system on the Z axis will increase the rigidity of the tool when working and reduce vibrations.This head was developed by USI-TECH to be adapted on old gantry machines intended for railway machining.Delivered complete with spindle motor, pneumatic clamping system for BT50 cone and centralized slideway lubrication.The Z axis servo motor and its coupling are not included,pressure unit are not included.
