New grade of carbide with two different multi-layer coatings between the cutting area and the chip slip area.
Advantage: long service life, machining with or without lubrication, also suitable for continuous or interrupted cutting. Excellent compromise for conventional and CNC machining with excellent value.
PM chipbreaker: Excellent compromise for use with a shallow depth of cut minimum 0.5mm in semi-finishing and roughing up to 4mm at radius with feeds between 0.1 and 0.4 mm / tr.
